A message from Midwest Horse Fair:

It is with deep sadness that we announce the 2020 Midwest Horse Fair, scheduled for April 17, 18 & 19, is cancelled.

Our board and staff has held many discussions over the last several weeks in response to the COVID-19 outbreak and as a result has decided it is in the best interest of all involved that we forgo our 2020 event. We are truly heartbroken to make this choice, but ultimately health and safety is of the utmost importance.

We want to assure our patrons that their best interest drives our decision-making and refund options will be available shortly as we are finalizing our contingency plan.

Ticket holders, exhibitors, participants and sponsors will be eligible for a full refund. Additionally we will offer the opportunity to roll over fees paid and apply them to next year’s event.

We appreciate everyone’s patience during this time as we finalize this plan. Details on how to obtain your refund or roll over your fees to 2021 will be provided by Wednesday, March 18 at the latest. Information will be posted at www.MidwestHorseFair.com and on www.facebook.com/midwesthorsefair as soon as it is available.

It is with immense gratitude that we thank our partners, participants, exhibitors and ticket holders for their unwavering enthusiasm each and every April. You inspire our organization to plan and produce an innovative and magical event.

Please mark your calendar as we look forward to honoring our shared interest and celebrating the almighty equine, next April 16, 17 & 18, 2021!

The Midwest Horse Fair is the largest 3-day horse fair in America. 300 clinics, seminars, and educational events are presented by some of the top horse professionals from around the country. More than 500 commercial exhibitors offer shopping opportunities and hundreds of horses make it the equine event with something for everyone!

To prepare for your commute, traffic will be heavy around the grounds on Friday and Saturday. If you're attending Midwest Horse Fair, make sure to allow plenty of time to access the grounds, and use the Rusk Avenue or Olin Avenue gates – follow directional signs on the Beltline and on John Nolen Drive. All 4 gates will be open as well.

Note: Most traffic congestion will be on Friday due to it being a work day and Saturday between 8:00am-1:00pm.
