MADISON (WKOW) -- Tattoo Fest is returning to Madison for the second year in a row, with the Alliant Energy Center once again playing host.
More than 275 tattoo artists and vendors are exhibiting their work during the festival. Artists will also be competing in contests in more than 20 categories.
Local artists will join artists from around the world, including artists from reality TV series.
Artists have already began advanced booking, but many will accept walk-ups.
