MADISON, Wis. (WMTV) - Calling all tattoo lovers! More than 275 world renowned tattoo artists are gathering at the Alliant Energy Center for the Madison Tattoo Festival taking place this weekend.
The artists will compete in contests with over 20 categories for healed and fresh tattoos alike.
