For over 45 years, the University of Wisconsin–Madison has teamed with the State of Wisconsin Department of Safety and Professional Services (formerly Wisconsin Department of Commerce) to present this outstanding program. Since 1971, the Code Refresher has provided current, hands-on information to architects, planners, and engineers to help them effectively understand and use the Wisconsin Commercial Building Code (WCBC). Since its inception, the Code Refresher has been an important forum for professionals from a multitude of disciplines.
